Delivery Schedule. All goods will be dispatched by first class post within 7 days of our receipt; they will be plain packaged with no outer indications of contents. You can specify other methods of sending but you will be charged accordingly. We will notify you of any additional delay.

Guarantee. Any out of stock situations you will be informed immediately and an estimated date of delivery given. You will have the option of cancelling your order or placing goods on back order with payment not taken until dispatch.

Privacy Policy. Your personal details are never distributed to other parties for marketing or selling purposes.

Returns Policy. We regret that we do not give refunds or make exchanges for Healing Teas once they have been opened. Should there be any complaints with regards to the quality of our teas we will be more than happy to rectify this and this does not affect your Statutory Rights.
